Thank you for shopping at Tycon Sports. We aim to provide the best shipping experience for our customers across the United States and internationally. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we encounter a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Standard Shipping: 5–7 Business Days
Expedited Shipping: 2–3 Business Days
Overnight Shipping: 1 Business Day (Available for select US locations)
Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or weather conditions.
3. Free Shipping
We are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping on all domestic (USA) orders over $75. No coupon code is required; the discount will be automatically applied at checkout.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of shipment. You can track your package directly on our website or the carrier’s portal.
5. International Shipping
Tycon Sports ships to select international locations (UK, Canada, UAE, etc.). Shipping costs and estimated delivery times for international orders will be calculated at checkout based on your destination.
Customs & Duties: Tycon Sports is not responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Damages & Lost Packages
Tycon Sports is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
7. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. Tycon Sports is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the re-shipping costs.
