At Tycon Sports, we value our customers and strive to provide high-quality sports gear. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. 14-Day Right to Cancel

In accordance with the UK Consumer Rights Act, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. After notifying us, you have an additional 14 days to return the items.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The item is in its original packaging.

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • All original tags and labels are attached.

  • You provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-returnable items:

  • Customized or personalized sports gear (e.g., custom names or club logos).

  • Hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., mouthguards, undergarments) if the packaging seal is broken.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our support team at contact@tyconsports.com with your Order Number. We will provide you with the return shipping address and detailed instructions.

Note: Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

4. Damaged or Faulty Goods

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at contact@tyconsports.com. For faulty goods, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement within 30 days of purchase under UK law.

5. Exchanges

The most efficient way to exchange an item is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired size or product.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: The amount will be automatically credited to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

  • Shipping Costs: Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
